Potential?

Today was a long day. Not really but I did more than a few job submittions. The best application procedure BY FAR was Ternary Software. They actually listed as requirements: "programming for fun"
"love of programing,.. desire to create something great"
"Understanding of the need to brainstorm"
Beond that the application asks you to tell them about programs you've written on your own. This is what I've been waiting for! Someone who realizes there's more to this than just GPA's and where you fucking interned! I hope to hear from them, I actually have my hopes up for this one.
The other resume dumps I did include-
KPMG LLP, Entry Level IT associate- some web programming stuff.
NK architects, Junior Web Appl. Devel.-some more web programming.
First Consulting group, Junior Level Developer-some software engineering stuff.
HP-general submition, they didn't have anything around here but it would be cool to work there, they make pocketPC's, hp-unix, and I'm sure they have some programs written for the computers they sell. Oh and iPods.
